When you submit a form on this website, we may collect:

4. Consent & Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL)
We comply with the Electronic Commerce Protection Act (CASL). Marketing emails (quarterly market updates, seasonal greetings) are sent only to contacts who have provided express consent by checking the opt-in box on our form.
Transactional communications (responses to your enquiry, valuation reports) are sent based on implied consent arising from your existing business relationship with us, as permitted under CASL s.10(9).
We maintain consent records including the date, method, and source of consent for a minimum of 3 years after the business relationship ends, as required by CASL.
5. Your Rights (PIPEDA)
Under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Withdraw consent and unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time

7. Data Storage & Security
Your information is stored in Airtable (Airtable Inc., USA) which maintains SOC 2 Type II compliance. Email communications are processed through Google Gmail (Google LLC, USA). Both providers maintain data processing agreements and appropriate security measures.
As a registered RECO agent, Ali Aldin is subject to REBBA/TRESA obligations regarding client confidentiality and record keeping.
8. Retention
We retain your contact information for as long as there is an active business relationship. If you withdraw consent and there is no active transaction, we will delete your marketing data within 30 days. RECO requires agents to retain transaction-related records for a minimum of 6 years.

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated effective date.
