Ali Aldin

Ali bought his first property with his brother straight out of university — two guys, one mortgage, before either of them really knew what they were doing. The second came during COVID, when most people were sitting it out. He’s been the landlord: the tenant screening, the 9pm calls, the months the math didn’t work. He learned this business as an owner before he learned it as an agent.

Most agents learn real estate from the sell side. Ali learned it from the buy side, with his own money on the line.

He grew up in Mississauga’s Heartland — Creditview and Britannia. Elementary school, high school, and a university commute that all started from the same few streets. He’s raising his family in the same neighbourhood now, and still walks the same blocks most evenings with the dog. When he tells you about a pocket of Mississauga, it’s not from the comps. It’s from being there.

Ali came to real estate from a finance background — which shows up in how he reads a deal. Real estate is the part he chose, and he’ll tell you when a deal doesn’t stack up.

He works in English and Arabic, both fluently. For clients who grew up elsewhere, that’s not just translation — it’s explaining a system that works differently from the one they knew, in the language they think in.

What clients tend to notice: he tells you what to expect before you start looking, he moves when you need him to move, and he explains things until they actually make sense — however many times that takes.

Local Expert. Global Mindset.
